  • DIM is thought to be an antiestrogenic, which may modulate estrogen metabolism*

DIM, short for diindolylmethane, is a natural compound derived from cruciferous veggies like broccoli, cauliflower, and kale. DIM may be used to support estrogen metabolism by encouraging the production of the 'good' estrogen, 2-Hydroxyestrone, while taming the 'bad' one, 16 alpha-Hydroxyestrone*. It may also play an important role in inhibiting the enzyme aromatase, preventing excess testosterone from turning into estrogen, which may further enhance estrogen metabolism*.

Thus, DIM's role(s) in the body potentially addresses a hormonal imbalance known as estrogen dominance. Symptoms of this condition include anxiety, mood swings, weight gain and fatigue*.

Ingredients (per serve): Diindolylmethane (DIM) 150mg.
